
"I have been training with Scott since around September/October of 2019. My overall experience has been great; my knowledge of foods and diet has improved along with proper training technique and form. Personal training has changed what I look for in food and meals and has given me more energy and stamina in day-to-day life, as well as the gym! I no longer just buy anything when it comes to food, I pay attention and choose truly healthy food options. My favorite thing about training with Scott is it doesn't feel like training, by the end of each session you know you've had a great workout but Scott keeps you motivated and engaged throughout the session to where it feels more like a fun event rather than a workout. I would absolutely recommend Scott to others for personal training, his knowledge of personal training is the best I've seen! Especially seeing other clients with their trainers and seeing how the trainer hasn't shown the client proper technique and form. His knowledge of recovery has helped me out a lot too. Basically his overall knowledge of personal training and nutrition is unmatched and made the process of losing weight and gaining muscle a lot easier!"
