    I've been working out consistently for 10+ years and within the last 6 months I've had a really hard time training like I used to due to crippling lower back pain/issues. After working out with Scott just one time, he made minor corrections to my form that made a world of difference. I had no idea something so simple would make such a difference and signed up with him immediately after my first session.

    "I have been training with Scott since around September/October of 2019. My overall experience has been great; my knowledge of foods and diet has improved along with proper training technique and form. Personal training has changed what I look for in food and meals and has given me more energy and stamina in day-to-day life, as well as the gym! I no longer just buy anything when it comes to food, I pay attention and choose truly healthy food options. My favorite thing about training with Scott is it doesn't feel like training, by the end of each session you know you've had a great workout but Scott keeps you motivated and engaged throughout the session to where it feels more like a fun event rather than a workout.
